Kier Construction working on a new £30M mental health facility for 5 Boroughs NHS Trust in Leigh and will become their flagship facility in the area. Kier have been working closely with Constructing the Future and Calico to appoint the best local apprentices.
Daniel Tyack is working as an apprentice ground worker. Prior to his apprenticeship he was studying IT at a local college but found it wasn't for him and applied for an apprenticeship. Nikita Brooks joined as an apprentice joiner and has improved her confidence as a result.
Both of these apprentices are being mentored by the site team to ensure they are supported in their future career.
