I have been with Kier North Tyneside for over four years and after completing my scheduler apprenticeship I carried out several different roles in the business before becoming resource controller.
After my apprenticeship I took up a customer service advisor role within Kier before becoming resource controller five months later. Since then I have been selected to undertake the ‘Aspiring Managers’ course where I’m gaining valuable management skills to help me progress and develop my career further.
My favourite part of the job is organising the daily work to ensure all repairs are completed right first time and to a high standard, resulting in our Key Performance Indicators being met.
In my spare time I love going to the gym, playing football and catching up with friends.
