Charlotte Bradley, ground-worker

I’m an apprentice ground-worker at Kier Living, working on our site at Bilston Urban Village, Wolverhampton.

My main responsibilities on my site include laying tarmac, block paving, compaction of materials, drainage and top soiling. I think my apprenticeship is great - I’m given every opportunity to learn and progress. The site team are brilliant and help me through my jobs.

I think apprenticeships are a great way to learn, if you’re looking to start one don’t let anything stop you. It’s a great way to start a career if you always push yourself and do your best.
